Membership Agreement

This agreement governs membership of the ContainerTransport / Freightain platform, operated by AI Logistics Services (Belgium) (“the Platform”). Please read it carefully — accepting it is a condition of membership.

1. What the Platform is

The Platform is a neutral digital platform providing transport coordination and AI services for the benefit of freight forwarders, exporters/importers and transport (container transport/haulage) companies. It helps members find, quote, award, document and settle container-transport work and offers AI tools (order entry, deadline monitoring, invoice reconciliation and similar).

2. The Platform is not a carrier or a party to your contracts

The Platform does not perform any transport, does not act as a carrier, forwarder or agent, and is not a party to any transport contract concluded between members. All transport contracts are made directly between the requesting member and the performing transporter, on their own terms.

3. Members deal at their own risk — limitation of liability

The Platform and its operating company are not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay, demurrage, detention, storage, cargo claim, shortage, non-payment, or any dispute or damage of any kind arising from transport work or dealings between members. Members transact with each other at their own risk and are solely responsible for their own compliance, insurance, performance and payment.

4. Eligibility & documents

Membership is intended only for genuine transport companies, freight forwarders and exporter/importer companies. Members may be asked to sign and upload this agreement and to provide verification documents.

By signing and/or accepting this agreement, the member confirms it has read, understood and accepts it in advance as a condition of membership, and that the person accepting is authorised to bind the member company.
